Blood Flow Simulations, Image Restoring and Segmentation, and Biomedical Applications
November 21 – 22, 2011
Mathematical modeling of biomedical phenomena witnessed an important research activity during the last decade. The multidisciplinary nature of this field promotes the interaction among mathematicians, medical doctors, biologists, physicists and computer scientists. The numerical simulations permit the establishment of diagnoses and clinical interventions. These diagnoses are often based on medical imaging techniques which require image restoring and segmentation. This workshop is an opportunity for experienced researchers to share their experience and ideas. It also offers to young researchers (PhD students and Post-Doc) the opportunity to present their current work and thus to benefit from discussions with senior researchers’.
Deadline for abstract submission: September 30 2011
October 20 2011
Final version submission:
Before October 30 2011
Abstracts should be one-page and can be written either in French or in English.
